NIT Trichy is one of the premier institutes of India, imparting technical education with a commitment to research in Science and Technology. Maximus is the Math Society of NIT, Trichy. Keeping the motto of our institute in mind, as members of Maximus, we strive to provide an environment for students to hone their skills in applied mathematics and logical reasoning through classes and workshops. It has been a year since our inception, and as part of our activities, we will be engaging the student body in a series of events spanning three days, January 20th to 22nd 2017. We have planned to conduct various mathematics related events and workshops for this occasion, to inculcate interest and encourage students to pursue mathematics beyond the college curriculum.

With workshops on Rubik’s Cube Mastery and Data Analytics, the next three days are bound to cater to the fantasies of the casual and the serious alike.
