3. Scanned copy of Eligibility degree
4. College Address
5. Gate Paper, choice of GATE examination cities
6. Scanned image of your photograph
7. Scanned image of your signature
8. Scanned image of your thumb impression
9. Scanned copy of Category/PwD Certificate (if applicable)
10. ID Proof
11. Bank details for application fees
