1. IIT Delhi

Consolidated Compensation: 1st year: Rs. 40,000/-, HRA: Rs. 10,000/-; 2nd year: Rs. 45,000/-, HRA: Rs. 11,000/-; 3rd year: Rs. 50,000/-, HRA: Rs. 12,000/-
Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D with First class or equivalent grade in preceding degree in respective discipline, with a consistently good academic record. Maximum age is 32 years for male and 35 years for female candidates (to be relaxed by 5 years in case of persons with physical disability, SC and ST and 3 years in case of OBC-NCL). Atleast 2 referred conference/journal papers (of which at least 1 should be in reputed journals).

2. IIT Bombay [Tata Centre for Technology and Design (TCTD)]
Department / Centre / School: Tata Centre for Technology and Design (TCTD), IIT Bombay
Consolidated Compensation: Rs. 75,000-1,00,000/- per month
Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and other related fields of engineering focusing on renewable energy. Preferably below 35 years

3. IIT Madras

Consolidated Compensation: Rs.30,000 – 35,000/ p.m. Consolidated.
Qualifications & Experience: Candidates with a Ph.D. Degree or who have submitted their theses for the Ph.D degree in appropriate disciplines and with consistently good academic record and research potential can apply for the PDF positions in any case within five years after completion of Ph.D. The age limit for applicants for the PDFs will be maximum of 35 years (relaxable by 5 years for women and reserved category)

Consolidated Compensation: Rs. 50,000/- per month (Rs. 55,000/- per month in the second year, and Rs. 60,000/- per month in the third year) plus HRA

Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D degree holders are eligible to apply within five years after completion of Ph.D. Age limit is 35 years {relaxable by 5 years for women and reserved (SC/ST/ PwD) category}

Qualifications & Experience: Recent PhD or waiting for Defence after submission of thesis (if admissible). Candidates who have completed their earlier post-doctoral fellowship assignment are also eligible.

- For Engineering: Rs. 30,000-35,000 depending on years of post-Ph.D. experience.
- For Science & Humanities: Rs. 25,000-30,000 depending on years of post-Ph.D. experience.
Qualifications & Experience: Consistently good academic record followed by a Ph.D. degree in the relevant fields in Engineering/Science/Humanities. Only those candidates, who have received the Ph. D. degree within the past two years, will be considered.
