Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) are the dream of all the engineering aspirants. For a long time the country had very few IITs (6 to 7). In the year of 2008-09 India saw the born of 8 new IITs. During these years few old technical universities have been converted to IIT also. Now in the third phase of expansion of IITs, in the year 2015-16 we have seen the evolution of few more IITs.
